  ✅ Expanded Sugar Crushing Capacity

  • The sugar crushing capacity has been successfully increased from 3,500 TCD to 5,000 TCD.
  • To meet future demand and support long-term growth, the Company has planned a further expansion to 8,000 TCD, significantly enhancing production efficiency and operational capabilities.

  ⚡ Co-generation Power Plant

  • The 24.6 MW Co-generation Power Plant is fully operational, generating clean and renewable electricity using bagasse as fuel.
  • The plant meets the factory’s internal power requirements while exporting surplus green power to the state electricity grid.

  🌱 Bio-CNG Plant

  • The 20 TPD Bio-CNG Plant is fully operational.
  • It converts press mud, spent wash, and other organic residues into environmentally friendly Bio-CNG, supporting sustainable waste management and reducing carbon emissions.

  🏭 Granulation Unit

  • The 100 TPD Granulation Unit is fully operational.
  • The unit produces high-quality granulated organic fertilizers from press mud and other organic materials, promoting sustainable agriculture and improving soil health.

  🍃 Distillery & Ethanol Plant

  • The 200 KLPD Distillery & Ethanol Plant is fully operational.
