1. Products
Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) is produced from spent wash, which is wastewater generated during the distillation/fermentation process in a distillery. Biogas is generated through anaerobic decomposition and purified using CO₂ membranes, H₂S scrubbers, and compression systems.

CBG has a calorific value similar to Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and is a clean, renewable fuel. It can be used in automotive, industrial, and commercial applications, replacing conventional CNG.

In addition, the solid residue left after the biomethanation process is used to produce Phosphate Rich Organic Manure (Bio-Compost) by mixing it with press mud and liquid spent wash.

2. Production Process
Biogas generated from anaerobic digestion contains methane, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide (in small quantities), and water vapor.

The gas is purified through a water scrubbing system, removing CO₂ and increasing methane content to 96%–98% purity.
