We utilize a diverse range of raw materials such as molasses, grains, cane juice, sorghum, beet, and even banana. These are ground and processed into a mash. -
Starch to Sugar Conversion
During mashing, enzymatic or natural hydrolysis breaks down complex starches into fermentable sugars. -
Fermentation
The mash is transferred to fermentation tanks, where specially selected yeast strains convert the sugars into alcohol. -
Distillation
The fermented mash undergoes multi-stage distillation in advanced columns. This step ensures the separation and purification of alcohol into various grades, depending on the raw material and desired end use (fuel ethanol, industrial alcohol, or potable spirits).
